CARAMEL CRACK TASTING NOTES Dark milk chocolate set off with the “crack” of house-made, maple toffee, using the finest Minnesota-harvested maple syrup straight from the sugar shack up the road. TEXTURE Smooth bar studded with toffee bits. FINISH This bar has a slow melt, accented with the butter from the maple toffee. Ingredients: organic cocoa beans, organic cane sugar, organic cocoa butter, whole milk powder, MN Maple Toffee (organic cane sugar, organic butter, Minnesota Maple Syrup, sea salt).

CARDAMON KRUMKAKE TASTING NOTES This is the bar that takes us to our childhood kitchen and celebrates our Scandinavian roots. The traditional Krumkake—a thin, sweet Norwegian cookie made on a hot iron, then shaped around a cone—is broken into cookie crumbles and added to our dark milk chocolate. TEXTURE A smooth chocolate bar dappled with traditional krumkake bits, graham and cinnamon. FINISH The flavor peaks with the cardamom and lingers with the warmth of spice and butter of the cookie crumbles.

SMOKED MAPLE BRITTLE TASTING NOTES A complex, dark milk chocolate set off with the “crack” of house-made, maple toffee, using the finest Minnesota-harvested maple syrup straight from the sugar shack up the road. The toffee gets its smoke from the maple smoked sea salt that gives depth with the richness of smoke. TEXTURE A smooth bar that is awakened with the smoked maple brittle. The coffee balances the dark milk chocolate with added cream to capture the bliss of the perfect coffee and cream in a chocolate bar. TEXTURE Dark chocolate bar with the smoothness of added cream. FINISH One of our smoothest bars with the added cream… like any good coffee should have.
